About
Brooke and I are sisters, but what defines our partnership is a shared vision for creating something meaningful and choosing to build it together.
Lawrie Farmstead is that vision made real. It’s where our values, creativity, and time come together in a way that feels intentional and true to how we want to live and work.
Whether we’re farming, cooking, catering, or hosting weddings, everything we do is shaped by care, collaboration, and attention to detail. We believe meaningful experiences don’t need to be large to be impactful—they need to be thoughtful, welcoming, and well cared for.
Lawrie Farmstead reflects who we are and what we value: work done with purpose, time spent together, and spaces created for people to feel comfortable, present, and at home.

Brooke
I’m someone who loves steady routines, good food, and time spent with family. My husband and I have been married for 20 years, and together we’re raising five kids, homeschooling them on our farm just down the road from Lawrie Farmstead.
Alongside farm life, I work as a Life Flight nurse, a role that’s taught me to stay calm, pay attention to details, and care well for people. At home, those same values show up in the kitchen, the garden, and the way we host.
Most days revolve around cooking from scratch, tending the garden, canning what we grow, and working alongside the people I love. I enjoy welcoming guests who appreciate a calm place to land at the end of the day, a good meal, and a space that feels well cared for.
We love hosting hunters and families alike, offering a comfortable, relaxed experience where you can slow down, eat well, and feel at home during your stay.

I’m someone who values connection, creativity, and building things that last. I spend my days working in senior living sales and marketing, and my life outside of work is centered on family, thoughtful design, and creating experiences that feel intentional and grounded.
My husband, Brian, and I have been married for 10 years, and life is rarely quiet—especially with Missi, our ever-present dog, usually close by. Brian can often be found handling general maintenance around the property and was instrumental in building the lodge from the ground up. His hands-on work and steady care are a big part of what keeps the farmstead running smoothly.
I’m drawn to spaces that feel calm and welcoming, good conversations around the table, and work that serves a real purpose.
At Lawrie Farmstead, my role focuses on vision, care, and the details that shape how a place feels. From the way spaces are presented to the experience guests carry with them, our goal is simple: to create an environment that feels easy, well cared for, and genuinely worth returning to.
